About the Course
Nip those bad habits before they have time to take hold through daily video analysis and drill patterning. Finally get the answers to your technique questions and make solid inroads to greater confidence and proficiency
Ability Level and Terrain: Intermediate/ Advanced
Ability to ski groomed black runs. Great technique is not required but a good level of fitness is essential.
Physical:
You should be in good physical shape to be able to ski all day for 6 of days.

Plan to arrive 1 day early to acclimate and get settled. Fly into Innsbruck and take the shuttle to Feichten im Kaunertal. Arrange a shuttle to the hotel. Approx 1 hour travel time.

Jason Simpson & Harry Drain
The Kaunertal Kick Start Camp will once again be led by Jason Simpson. Joining him again this year will be Harry Drain.
Jason Simpson is a CSIA Level 4 Senior Examiner, PSIC Level 4 Senior Examiner, CSCF Level 3 Coach, and former Director of Mountain Sports at Panorama Mountain Resort. With more than 35 years of experience coaching skiers, instructors, and athletes, Jason is known for blending biomechanics, technical understanding, and clear communication to help skiers create more efficient, versatile skiing.
Harry Drain is a PSIC Level 4 instructor and Training Supervisor at Panorama Mountain Resort. Harry brings a dynamic coaching style, strong technical insight, and a real passion for skier development.
Together, Jason and Harry create a supportive, high-energy training environment focused on movement quality, technical clarity, and real on-snow improvement — all set against the incredible backdrop of Kaunertal Glacier.
