TERMS & CONDITIONS
-
Payment of any monies constitutes acceptance of and agreement with all Terms and Conditions as outlined in this document.
-
By participating in a Ski Coach Collective Camp, the customer understands that snow sports are dangerous and may result in injuries. Ski Coach Collective and the individual coaches will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents occurring before, during, or after the camp has taken place. Ski Coach Collective and the individual coaches are not liable for any equipment that is lost or damaged during a camp. This includes any replacement costs or lost camp time whilst organising replacement equipment.
-
All Ski Coach Collective Camp participants MUST have suitable travel insurance coverage. If an injury is sustained while participating in a camp, or within the non-refundable period prior, no refund will be issued.
-
All Ski Coach Collective participants must sign the liability waiver. The waiver is to be executed via electronic means after acceptance to a camp is provided. The invoice will be provided after the waiver has been signed.
-
All Ski Coach Collective Camp products are subject to availability. A position on course will not be officially reserved until full payment is received.
-
Ski Coach Collective Camps require a minimum of 3 participants per coach to operate. If a Ski Coach Collective Camp does not reach the minimum numbers to operate 1 month prior to the commencement of the camp, then the camp will be cancelled. If payment has been made and the camp is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, then a full refund will be provided excluding credit card fees.
-
Only those 18 years of age and older are eligible to participate in Ski Coach Collective Camps.
-
All participants must agree that they are in fit physical condition without pre-existing medical conditions that could be affected by skiing. Any health issues that may be affected by skiing must be declared prior to booking a Ski Coach Collective Camp.
-
Camp fees include training camp only. Lift tickets, accommodation, travel insurance, rental equipment, transport, food, and any other costs associated with camp participation are not included in the camp fees. All other costs are the responsibility of the participant.
-
Any part of any Ski Coach Collective Camp that is missed for any reason will not be refunded.
-
All Ski Coach Collective Camps are multi-day camps. Participants must pay for the camps in their entirety. Individual days are not available.
-
Ski Coach Collective reserves the right to cancel any camp at any point in time. If a camp is cancelled, a credit or refund will be provided excluding credit card fees.
-
Ski Coach Collective requests proof of skiing ability by means of video prior to accepting payment for any Ski Coach Collective Camp. Ski Coach Collective Productions reserves the right to refuse any customer on any camp based on their skiing ability.
-
If there is a discrepancy between Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions listed on the Ski Coach Collective Productions website override any other written, printed, or digital versions.
