Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility for our participants with the administrative and operating costs associated with reserving a limited camp space.

 

Payment

Full payment is required within 14 days of receiving your invoice to secure your place in camp. If payment is not received within 14 days, the reservation will be released and may be offered to another participant.

 

Participant Cancellations - Canadian Camps

60 days or more before the camp start date

Participants who cancel 60 days or more before the camp start date will receive a full refund, less a $200 administration fee and any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by Ski Coach Collective.

31-59 days before the camp start date

Participants who cancel 31-59 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.

30 days or less before the camp start date

Participants who cancel 30 days or less before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund.

 

Participant Cancellations - International Camps

Due to the additional planning, financial commitments and difficulty of replacing participants on international programs, cancellations made 90 days or less before the camp start date are non-refundable.

If Ski Coach Collective can fill the cancelled place with another participant, we will refund the camp fees otherwise withheld, less a $500 administration and rebooking fee and any non-refundable payment-processing fees incurred by Ski Coach Collective.

We strongly recommend that participants purchase appropriate trip cancellation and interruption insurance for all international camp

 

Replacement of Your Spot

If Ski Coach Collective can fill your reserved place with another participant, we will refund the amount otherwise withheld under the applicable cancellation terms, less:

 

a $200 administration and rebooking fee for Canadian Camps;

a $500 administration fee and rebooking fee for International Camps;

 

and any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by Ski Coach Collective.

 

Camp Cancellation by Ski Coach Collective

If Ski Coach Collective cancels a camp for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all camp fees paid.

 

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage, particularly for camps requiring flights or accommodation.

 

Effective Date

This revised policy applies to bookings made on or after the date it is published. Bookings made before that date remain subject to the cancellation terms in effect when the booking was made.
