Refund Policy

​​All Ski Coach Collective camps require full payment.

Once we have received proof of ability (video of your skiing) and you have been accepted, you will receive a link to sign our waiver.

Once you have signed the waiver you will receive an invoice. You will have 14 days to make full payment of camp fees. If payment is not made within 14 days your position will be made available to others.

Once payment is received, your position will be held, and the cancellation policy applies.

A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations 30 days prior to camp start date.

No refund will be issued within 30 days of camp start date.

If we can fill your spot from our waiting list then a refund less rebooking fee, transaction fees and taxes will be provided.

The rebooking fee is $200 to fill your spot if you cancel.
