About the Course
TrueMotion FLOW Camp — Banff Edition
Price: $2200 CAD
Duration: 3 Days — March 9–12, 2027
Location: Mt. Norquay
We’re excited to host the first-ever TrueMotion FLOW Camp in Banff.
This camp combines focused ski development with one of the most iconic mountain towns in the world. Hosted at Mt. Norquay, the experience is built around high-quality skiing mileage, technical development, and an immersive few days in the Canadian Rockies.
Norquay is uniquely suited to this style of coaching. Its uncrowded slopes, consistent fall-line terrain, and exceptional grooming create an ideal environment for improving movement quality, turn shape, balance, and versatility on snow.
Over three focused days, we’ll blend targeted movement work, technical skiing, guided mileage, and daily video analysis to help you ski with greater efficiency, confidence, and flow.
Beyond the skiing, this camp is also about the overall experience. Banff offers an incredible mix of mountain energy, outstanding restaurants, cafés, scenery, and après — creating the perfect setting for a few days fully immersed in skiing and mountain culture.
