About the Course
A 5-Day Progressive Ski Camp for Intermediate to Advanced Skiers
Why She Shreds?
Women ski differently than men—our anatomy, center of mass, equipment connection, and movement patterns all have unique characteristics that generic coaching often overlooks. She Shreds was created to fill that gap: a women-only progressive ski camp where you'll learn techniques specifically designed for how women's bodies move on snow, in an environment free from competitive pressure and full of mutual support.
Groupings:
Max 6 skiers per group. 3-4 groups. Each group will have 1 coach for 2-3 days then spend the rest of the days cycling through to spend a day with the rest of the coaches.
What You'll Learn
Technical Skills Development:
Pure Carving: Master high-edge-angle carved medium and long turns for thrilling, precise skiing on groomed runs
Short Turns: Develop retraction-extension techniques for tight spaces and steeps
Powder Skiing: Learn balance and movement patterns that make deep snow feel effortless
Mogul Skiing: Build confidence and smooth technique in bumpy terrain
Off-Piste Skills: Transfer your skills to ungroomed snow with variable conditions.
Women-Specific Learning Outcomes:
Understand how female anatomy (wider Q-angle, different center of mass, hip-to-knee alignment) affects your skiing and what to do about it.
Optimize your boot fit and equipment setup for women's feet and biomechanics.
Learn edging skills that give you speed control on ALL terrain without fighting your skis.
Build a holistic, simplified understanding of skiing that eliminates confusion
Clear understanding of what's holding your skiing back and exactly how to fix it
Confidence to ski in more terrain on the mountain—groomers, bumps, powder, and steeps
Stronger, more efficient technique that increases your longevity as a skier
The She Shreds Difference:
Women-Only Environment: No testosterone interfering with the experience—just supportive camaraderie and shared stoke
Video Analysis: On-snow video review with recordings saved for you to review later
Boot Fit Clinic: Solve your boot fit woes with personalized attention
Drills & Progressions: Take-home exercises to keep improving after the camp ends
Community: Connect with like-minded female skiers at similar levels, celebrating achievements together
Who Should Apply
She Shreds is designed for intermediate to advanced skiers who at minimum are strong parallel skiers on steep groomed blue runs and/or gentle groomed black runs. You must be ready to increase your speed on groomed runs and willing to try new terrain (moguls and off-piste experience is not necessary, but the willingness to try new things in a safe and suportive environment is the mindset!). Skiers will be grouped according to their ability and technical knowledge.
Accomodation and Lift Tickets:
Travel to the resort, lift tickets and accomodation* are not included in the price of the camp. These are left up to the individual to organise. Sun Peaks is part of the Ikon Pass.
* we can arrange for discounted lift tickets and accomodation at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel once your spot has been paid for. This will be arranged via email after confirmation of payment.
